Healing the Whole Person — Not Just the Symptom

Real healing rarely comes from a single pill or a single therapy. It comes from addressing the whole person — the nervous system, the body's ability to repair itself, the mind, movement, nutrition, and environment — all at the same time. That is exactly what we do at The Bridge Health Recovery Center.

Over more than two decades and 3,500+ guests, we've refined an integrated 21-day program that blends genuine clinical care with restorative, nature-based living. Below is the full range of activities, treatments, and therapies you'll experience here — including two of our most transformative new offerings: regenerative stem cell & peptide therapy and guided hiking in Zion, Snow Canyon, and Bryce Canyon.

Movement & Nature Therapy

Hiking Zion, Snow Canyon & Bryce Canyon

The Bridge sits at the doorstep of three of the most breathtaking landscapes in America. Guided hiking is woven into the program — not as exercise for its own sake, but as a powerful therapy for the nervous system, mood, and body.

From the red-rock cathedrals of Zion to the crimson dunes of Snow Canyon and the hoodoos of Bryce Canyon, movement in nature helps regulate stress, rebuild strength, and remind you what it feels like to be alive.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of treatments and therapies does The Bridge offer?
The Bridge combines evidence-based and integrative modalities in one 21-day residential program: nervous-system regulation and somatic therapy, mind-body medicine with Dr. Daren Brooks, D.O., regenerative stem cell and peptide therapy, anti-inflammatory nutrition, movement and guided hiking in Zion, Snow Canyon and Bryce Canyon, massage and bodywork, breathwork, sauna and cold therapy, and one-on-one coaching.
Is this a medical program or a wellness retreat?
It's both. The Bridge is a Joint Commission accredited program led by a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. You receive genuine clinical care in a serene, non-institutional retreat setting on 22 private acres near Zion National Park.
How long is the program?
The core program runs 21 days. Guests typically arrive on a scheduled session start date and stay in one of our two private homes. See the 2026 schedule for upcoming dates.
What conditions are these activities and therapies designed to help?
Guests come to us for chronic pain, fibromyalgia, CRPS/RSD, chronic fatigue, depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, autoimmune and chronic illness, and — increasingly — recovery, energy, metabolic health and weight loss.
