For a qualifying referral who registers and participates in The Bridge's 21-day retreat, choose one $500 cash reward OR $500 toward your own future Bridge stay or a stay for someone you choose. Cash and credit are alternatives, not cumulative. A gifted credit remains a stay credit; it is not a cash payment to its recipient.

Sign up as an ambassador and share your personal code or link. Ask the guest to use it when they contact The Bridge. The first valid attribution recorded is retained; repeat submissions do not create additional rewards. There is no self-referral reward. A signup, click, inquiry or referral count alone does not establish payment eligibility. The referred guest must register and participate, and Bridge must confirm the referral and reward eligibility in writing before issuing cash or credit. Contact Dave for that confirmation and payment or redemption arrangements; the website does not automatically pay rewards.

No cash or credit will be provided for a referral, service, recipient or payment arrangement prohibited by applicable federal or Utah law, including anti-kickback and patient-brokering laws. Restrictions can depend on the services, coverage, recipient and circumstances. Cash and stay credit are subject to the same restrictions; private payment does not itself establish eligibility. This program does not authorize paid patient brokering, payments for professional clinical referrals, or interference with a clinician's independent judgment. Bridge must resolve applicable restrictions before confirming a reward; no prohibited reward is available.

Guests are free to choose their provider. Participation in this ambassador program is not required to receive care and does not guarantee admission, treatment suitability, insurance coverage or any health outcome. No credit may waive or offset an insurance copayment, deductible or other required cost-sharing, or be represented as an insurer-approved benefit. A personal or gifted stay is subject to the recipient's suitability assessment and availability; the credit does not guarantee a place.

Tell the person you refer that you may receive a reward if they qualify. Share your own link; let them contact Bridge directly. Do not submit someone else's health information or contact details without their permission, make clinical claims, pressure someone to enroll, send unsolicited bulk messages, or misrepresent your relationship with Bridge. Ambassador access does not include guest health, insurance, payment or treatment details. Staff confirm eligibility privately without disclosing those details.

Bridge verifies attribution, participation and eligibility before approving a reward and may decline duplicate, fraudulent or prohibited claims. Ask Dave about disputes, cash payment, credit redemption and any applicable documentation. Recipients are responsible for applicable taxes; Bridge may request tax documentation and report payments where required. These terms do not constitute medical, legal or tax advice and do not override applicable law.
